2FA, account recovery, data deletion, and the no-logs promise.
Account → Security → "Two-factor". We support TOTP (Aegis, Senton Pass, Authy, any RFC 6238 app), hardware keys (YubiKey, Solo, Nitrokey via WebAuthn), and Passkeys.
You can register multiple second factors. Lose your phone, use your YubiKey. Lose your YubiKey, use Senton Pass on another device.
If you still have any second factor: forgot-password works as expected — email reset link + second factor.
If you've lost everything: we can't decrypt your data (we don't hold the keys). But we can restore account access to the email — meaning you can sign in to a fresh empty account. There's no master key on our side, by design.
Account → "Delete account". Everything is wiped within 30 days — ciphertext on Senton servers, backups, and logs. We send a final confirmation email when the wipe completes.
Want to delete just one product (e.g. close Senton Mail but keep VPN)? Each product has its own "Delete this product's data" in its settings.
Our short version: we don't log what you do, we don't sell anything to anyone, we don't use trackers, and we publish a transparency report twice a year.
