Senton VPN is available today as an Android app and as a Chrome browser extension - iOS and desktop apps are coming next. Install it the way you would any other app or extension, then sign in with your Senton account, or create one during setup if you do not have one yet. Once you are signed in, pick a location from the server list, or use Smart Connect and let the app choose the fastest server for you. Your subscription covers up to three devices, so you can set it up on more than one.

Most failed connections come down to one of three things. First, the server: a location under heavy load or a long way away can time out, so try one nearer to you. Second, the network you are on - some hotel, airport and office Wi-Fi restricts VPN traffic, so it is worth testing on mobile data to see whether the network is the problem. Third, another security tool - a firewall, antivirus or a second VPN - competing for the same traffic; switch it off briefly to find out. If none of those help, restart the app and try again on a different network to work out whether the problem is Senton or the connection you are on.

Senton VPN uses WireGuard, and there is no protocol to choose - it is the only one, so there is nothing to switch. WireGuard is the modern option: it connects quickly, reconnects almost instantly when your device wakes or moves between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and is lighter on battery than older protocols. If a connection is failing, the thing to change is the server rather than the protocol - try a location nearer to you, or one under less load.

A no-logs policy means Senton does not keep records of what you do while connected - the sites you visit, what you download, or the contents of your traffic. The point is structural rather than a promise: information that was never recorded cannot be handed over, leaked in a breach, or sold. Some operational data is still needed to run an account and a subscription, which is the ordinary business of any paid service. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not held, and it is worth reading rather than taking on trust.

Cancel from the billing section of your account, before your next renewal date. Subscriptions renew automatically at whatever interval you chose - monthly, three, six or twelve months - so cancelling stops the next charge rather than the current period; you keep access until the term you have already paid for runs out. If you are still inside the 7-day free trial and cancel before it ends, you are not charged at all.

One Senton VPN subscription covers up to three devices, and they do not all have to run the same system - a Windows laptop, an Android phone and an iPad is a perfectly normal combination. Every plan includes the same three-device allowance; the billing term changes how often you pay, never what you get. If you need to move the subscription to a new device, sign out on one you no longer use to free a slot.
