Before you write to us
- Most questions are already answered in the help centre - it's the quickest route.
- If you have a Senton ID, include it. We can look at your account straight away instead of asking for it first.
- Tell us which product and which device you're on. It saves a round trip.
- We reply by email. Senton staff will never ask you for your password, your recovery key or a payment detail over email.
